• All Content is sent within 1 Business Day after your session is completed. Floorplans and Virtual Staging can take up to 2 Business Days.

• We generally only need 2-4 days in advance to schedule. Subject to change during peak seasons.

• Rescheduling/Cancelling requires a 3 hour notice. If under 3 hours, a $50 fee will be charged.

• All of your media will be emailed to you. For photos, video and floorplans we will send a file for you to download. Virtual Tours will come with an unbranded link which you can copy and paste into your local MLS, and all the major real estate portals (Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) You also can embed the virtual your onto your site, just ask us for the embedded code!

• We do not require our photographers to have the necessary apps to be used with electronic lockboxes. Please use a standard lockbox, arrange access for the photographer or provide a one day code. 

• All invoices Overdue by 30 Days after the issued date will be subject to a $50 Late Fee.
